Caring for your floor - Vinyl

As vinyl is finished with a protective coating, it is generally easier to maintain than other flooring surfaces. Floor Selections recommend that you sweep your floor as often as possible and then give it a good mob. Always rinse your mop or applicator with warm water, which will ensure you have a streak free finish

For spills, a wrung-out mop with lukewarm water is all that is required most of the time. Professional floor cleaning products may assist as long as they are industry recommended for vinyl but avoid products with ammonia and animal fat.
